What the contact and submit forms collect

The contact form collects your name, email, topic and message. The submit form collects your name, email and the run details you enter: city, venue, address, days and time, cost, skill level, indoor or outdoor, a source link and notes. Both forms also record your IP address and the time you sent it. The IP is used for spam control and rate limiting, and it is included in the email we receive.

Where it goes

Each submission is sent by email through Resend (resend.com) to ceo@pickuprunfinder.com only. Nothing is sent to you. There are no auto-replies. Your details are not added to a mailing list and are not sold.

Rate limiting

To block spam, the server keeps your IP address in memory for a short time to count recent submissions. It is not stored in a database.

Hosting, cookies and analytics

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics scripts. The only script on the site is the one that powers the forms, and it only runs on the contact and submit pages. Fonts are served from this site.
