Sponsor terms

• Placement: a featured listing is pinned in the Featured section of its city page with a Featured badge (up to 3 per city; the listing facts are not changed). A city sponsor gets the Sponsored card under the intro and “Presented by” in the FAQ heading of one city page (one per city).
• Go-live: within 2 business days once we have your materials.
• Billing: monthly. Cancel anytime in the GY Advertising billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: full refund only before go-live.
• Content rules: sponsor content must be accurate and lawful. We can decline or remove content that is not. If we remove a sponsor, we refund the unused part of the current period, pro-rated.
• Your rate stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. Price increases apply to new sponsors only.
